The release of a new software version of VoIPTime Contact Centre
We are pleased to inform you about the release of a new software version of VoIPTime Contact Centre.
We are constantly monitoring both the situation in the call centre software market and our customers’ requests. We are also continuously developing our home-grown software application to meet the demands for modern multifunctional product.
The new version includes the following enhancements:
Configurable user roles and visibility of client card’s fields
You need to give individual user access to any combination of VoIPTime Contact Centre tab cards, and allow the guest access to call centre system with any functionality needed.
Handling dynamic fields on client cards
You are given the opportunity to create dynamic fields on a client card and retrieve data from your own CRM system to be displayed in VoIPTime, with no need for full database exchange between Contact Centre and your CRM systems.
Extended functionality of web chat processing
New opportunities are as follows:
- chat prompting;
- chat forwarding to another operator;
- possibility to start a chat with the client;
- possibility to start a chat with the authorized client.
Easier CRM system integration
Our experts have developed a connector which facilitates any CRM system integration process.
Some tab cards have been integrated.
